Our Wire EDM department consists of (2) Fanuc Alpha 1iA-SAWF wire EDM machines. In order to maintain our accuracy of .0003 we have equipped both machines with the same precision Hirschmann tooling that we use throughout the entire facility.
PC Fapt Cut is an extremely powerful and multi-functional proprietary software package that was developed by Fanuc specifically for their wire EDM machines. By utilizing this software package in conjunction with the machine it was designed for, we are more than capable of producing the highly accurate, tight tolerance parts that the mold, die, aerospace and medical industries require.
